My role as a strategic digital leader plays a pivotal role in shaping consumer experiences by blending strategic vision, customer-centric thinking, and leadership skills. I lead with a unique blend of creative and analytical expertise that has cemented a proven track record in enhancing brand presence.

Creating tailored marketing strategies to meet the needs and goals of a business is restorative. Whether it’s market analysis, setting objectives, or identifying target audiences, I enjoy creating relevant, engaging content to attract and retain those audiences. And the goal is to be profitable. In fact, as a Manager of Digital Operations for an $8 billion ecommerce retailer, my team saw a 74% increase in revenue YOY. 

The key to building and maintaining a strong brand presence is to corroborate consistent messaging in visuals, words, and more across all channels. Keeping up with the latest technologies is pointless if we’re missing opportunities to lead and mentor teams, foster collaborative environments, and work with cross-departmental teams to ensure we’re delivering strong, cohesive brand strategies. This is where I excel. 

My roles invariably support utilizing data analytics to optimize and improve SERP (Search Engine Results Page), support SEO (search engine optimization), and understand consumer behavior to make decisions that drive successful marketing strategies. In fact, as a people leader for a team of five site merchandisers, we increased pageviews 57% across five ecommerce sites. 

Managing any digital marketing initiative effectively requires a keen focus on the budget. Maximizing the ROI and allocating resources for accompanying channels is an integral part of every campaign. In fact, as Director of Digital Services for a $5.5 billion financial institution, I reduced my team’s annual spending by 20%.
